Pass Inclusions
~1 Standard hotel room at Loews Royal Pacific Resort for 4 Nights: Thursday, September 1 to Sunday, September 4, 2015 (Rooms sleep 4: one roll away bed is available upon request at no additional charge.)
~1 Gift voucher per family for an innertube rental at Loews resort pool for the Pool Party
~5, 2-Day park-to-park Universal Express Passes to Universal Studios Florida and Universal's Islands of Adventure for up to a family of 5, available on Saturday, September 5, 2015 (Park passes are good for Sunday and Monday, September 4-5, 2016 and may only be used during the retreat timeframe and are not transferable.)
~1, 6-Hour VIP tour guide through Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure on Saturday, September 5 (VIP tour guides may only be used on Saturday, September 5 during the time specified, must be taken in groups of 12, and are not transferable.)
~5 Meals and 1 dessert party for a family of up to 5
~Blue Man Group Show tickets for up to a family of 5 (Tickets are good Saturday evening, September 5 only and are not transferable.)
~Special exclusive nighttime event at Islands of Adventure for up to a family of 5
Additional Family Members
For families of more than 5, you may purchase additional retreat passes for $400 each (extra lodging not included).
Children under the age of 3 do not require a pass.
Lodging/Extended Stays
Once you have registered and paid in full, you are welcome to call Loews Royal Pacific Resort directly and book your stay, using the code: Family Forward 2016.
Loews is extending a discounted rate for extended stays to Family Forward guests, which is good 3 days before and 3 days after the retreat. The rate is $179 plus taxes and fees. This rate is also good for additional rooms booked during the event.
Attendees who want to stay in a room type other than what comes standard with this package will have the option to upgrade at their own cost for a discounted rate and subject to availability. Only those who stay at the event hotel before or after the event will be able to take advantage of Universal's Express Passes (no exceptions).
Meals and Transportation
Meals not specified in the retreat schedule, transportation to Florida, transportation from the airport to the resort and back, and resort parking fees are not included in your Family Forward: Orlando Adventure package.
Additional Details
Registration passes must be paid through Eventbrite. Once your payment has cleared, you will get a receipt confirming your registration.
Registration passes are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If you find that you can no longer attend the retreat after the point of purchase, please contact us and we'll try and help you transfer your ticket. While ticket transfers are your responsibility, all pass transfers must go through and be approved by Family Forward. Transfers require a $200 transfer fee.
